Organising a Study Tour
We understand that it takes time and commitment to take your students on tour. That's why at Outgoing Study Tours we provide the very best service and packages to enable you to maximize your students learning experience whilst on tour. We are with you every step of the way, and we've broken down these steps to give you an idea of the process
1. Get Your Quote
Please call or email us and we will be delighted to discuss your requirements. We will then send you a full quote for you to consider plus lots of useful information on arranging your study tour. We will always endeavor to ensure that we match your group's requirements with your budget. If your college or university is located in the North West a member of our team can come in to talk over your travel plans and give you a competitive quote.
2. Make a Provisional Reservation
Once you're happy with an agreed itinerary and without any obligation on your part, we will create a provisional reservation for your group. This means we will hold all necessary transport and accommodation giving you time to promote the trip, firm up on actual numbers and collect deposits.
3. Confirm the Booking
When you have received commitment from your students, you send us your booking form and deposit for the group. We will confirm all arrangements back to you. Your personal tour consultants will work with you to book and arrange every aspect of your itinerary in as little or as much detail as you wish. You will also receive a payment schedule for the remaining balance along with any further information that you may require.
4. Final Payments
You will also be notified of your interim and final payment dates to ensure that your group can plan ahead for these payments.
5. Tickets and Documents
Your final documents and tickets will be sent to you before departure. We will of course be on hand right up until your departure day to answer any questions you have and ensure that all your arrangements run smoothly.
Please note:
